Although someday we might get married, yesterday Francis did not propose. However, he now says he is consdiring someday proposing on April 1st, just to spite Bill.

I am the happiest person alive and I know he's going to make me the happiest wife ever. I may have said in the past that marriage or even a serious relationship at a young age are always bad but you know what, you can't choose when and how "the one" comes into your life. I appreciate all the support my beautiful friends have to give and look forward to seeing you there in about a year.

2 1/2 days until I go to Spain, I think I'll live...

So, I might as well just go through each day in a list and summarize what went on. Surgeon General's Warning: This may BORE you. So if you are EASILY BORED...stop reading.

Saturday: Went to Mike and Leslie's daughter Sammie's 1st birthday party. This girl is a princess, but seriously one of the cutest babies I've ever seen. I'm sorry but NOT ALL BABIES ARE CUTE. Anyways, everyone admired my being the only young-ish person there and I modeled my new LF tunic/dress ;) So Francis called at about 8, I took him a meatball sub from the party and we were off to the airport. Not much to say, we picked him up and my parents first impression seemed very good. At home Francis ate his sub (which I stole half of) and talked to my mom a bit (who have already spoken to each other on several occasions and seem to get along) and then we exchanged gifts. I gave Francis a pair of Spiderman PJ pants (more of a gift to my household seeing as how the silly kid doesn't own any and sleeps only in boxers ;)) and I got RENT on DVD (a really good present seeing as how our first date was seeing that movie) which we watched immediately after and then went to sleep. (Francis slept in my brother's room for the week, he has a bunk bed)

Sunday: Didn't really sleep in too much, Francis came in my room at like 9 am to nuzzle me to death!! (not a bad way to die mind you...he did it every other morning after that too) So finally we got up and went to Publix with my Dad to get picnic supplies. We got back around noon and took our subs and chips and crap to Tradewinds Park to have a picnic. It was mostly nice out but we didn't stay too long because dark storm clouds were coming. On the way back I stopped at Bill's Mom's apartment to pick up his "mystery gift" (pokemon anyone? XD) and it turned out to be.... dun dun dun...a Kukri (for those uneducated of us--a kick ass dagger/knife) So yeah, pics to come! So we had dinner with the fam and then opened MORE PRESENTS YAY!! This time I got the Zelda shirt I've been wanting from Hottopic (pixondeway) and Francis got V for Vendetta because he hates the government and loves that movie etc. So of COURSE, we watched it and went to sleep. It sounds boring but I don't remember being too bored...

Monday: We woke up this morning to find out we were all going to DIE FROM ERNESTO OMG LIKE WTF. Anyways, we went to lunch at Applebees so I could show Francis where I work and whatnot and then headed to the mall. Francis loves the mall ladies and gentlemen...and that is FINE with me ^_^ The original goal was for both of us to get haircuts and Francis to get a new wardrobe LOL. Francis ended up getting two awesome shirts, I got a shirt from this brand new boutique with clothes from Europe that are awesome (but amazingly affordable) AND the next issue of Ceres AND Star Wars Ep 3 on DVD (these were all presents for me because Francis refused to allow me to pay for anything. When we finally got to Master Cuts I was feeling apathetic so only Francis got his hair cut which he really needed because it was covering his face like Cousin It. Went home, had another lovely dinner cooked by my Mommy and watched Ep 3. Francis kept falling asleep so I stopped right before the 2 final battles and we went to bed.

Tuesday: ERNESTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah, so needless to say we were stuck indoors because the weathermen ASSURED us that we would die if we went outside. Thank goodness we didn't put up our shutters, because that would have been PAINFULL. Instead we played Dungeons and Dragons with my Mom while I got tipsy from two very strong cosmos. Thanks dad. So after my Mom got bored of DnD we went in my room to chill and my little brother Cameron (who is 8 btw) comes in for a second and says "Francis don't take advantage Mariah!" which my PARENTS of course made him say but was hilarious none the less. So we had a great laugh about that, ate dinner, remarked about how tame ERNESTO THE CLOUD was and watched the rest of Ep 3. The presents for today were a set of D&D dice for me and a D&D book for Francis. We're so crazy.

Wednesday:
So I was all mad about the FAKE STORM ruining the previous day's plans so we decided to go to Outback for lunch instead of dinner. Well WHO KNEW they are ONLY open for dinner. We ended up at Alehouse which was pretty good and then headed back to buy my parents some junk from Publix and hang out with Brandon. UNFORTUNATELY, after we did the groceries Francis informs me that he left his phone at Alehouse. So first we get Brandon, who is petrified because I'm teasing/yelling at Francis about his phone which we go retrieve. So Brandon informs us we have to do cheap entertainment because he's bored so we end up at Liberty Park. We acted like kids for a while, let Brandon give us a photo shoot, then got bored again. So we went all the way back up Univ. to Barnes and Nobles/Starbucks where I ended up with my third Ceres in two weeks and a mocha frappucino. Then, finally we dropped Brandon off and headed for home. That night we watched a show about how the world is going to end because of global warming, and plague, and nuclear weapons, and super volcanoes, and black holes, and gamma rays, and an asteroid. The point: We're fucked five ways to Sunday, but probably not in our lifetimes...phew! That night we watched a few episodes of Record of Lodoss War (my favorite anime which I KNEW Francis would love) and then of course....SLEEP. We exchanged the last presents we had today too. Francis gave me Journey Greatest Hits (whoo!!) and I gave Francis a special anime drawing in our likenesses adorned with the kanji Love.

Thursday:
Finally, we were ready to go to the beach. So we did, Francis loved it and got some shells for his mom. Thanks to the cloud ERNESTO there were alot more shells then usual on the shore and even a non-broken conch! Rock on! On the way back Francis is like "I'm huuuuuunnnnnnnngry!" So I'm like "Shut upppppp" and I agree that if he sees a good place on the way, we'll go. Ok, so I have been talking about going to Quiznos for a really long ass time, I always have coupons and drool over their commercial. Oh Providence there was a QUIZNOS RIGHT THERE. So we had it, and my curiosity was satisfied and we went on our merry way. I had decided in advance that we were going to try our hand at cooperative cooking and chose to make lasagna. Well everything was fine until some miscommunication caused me to do a few steps wrong. Luckily I know what I'm doing in the kitchen and was able to adjust and fix certain things. This was really the only time during the week that we had a "fight" and I wouldn't even call it that. We made up shortly afterwards and the dinner turned out great anyways. Finished Lodoss War (it's only 13 episodes)

Friday:
Arrrgh! Kinda mad because I had to work 6 hours yesterday and it was BO-RING. So I finally got home around 4:30 and was lazy for a little bit with Francis then we went to Peking Tokyo for dinner. It had been so long since I had hibachi I was thrilled to go and of course it was awesome and the best (and ONLY) anniversary dinner ever. After that we went to see Snakes on a Plane which was...funny/scary

Which brings me to today. We dropped off Francis around 9:30 at the airport and now I'm bored.

I haven't made an entry in a very long time.
Francis is flying in tomorrow. That is all.

So Spain lost to France. They weren't supposed to. I don't really follow soccer but I feel for the mother-country. I've decided to be one of those people who use different userpics all the time. The theme is kickass redheads and here we have Satine being all sad for me.
